Exit Tickets

A short in-class response that closes each meeting: credit-based, low-stakes, one for every class day (42 across the semester). Credit means completion, not correctness, but you need to be in class to earn it; a ticket completed without attendance gets no credit for that day.

Exit tickets are completed on D2L and due by 5pm the day of class.

Exit tickets do double duty: they tell me what landed and what didn’t before the next class, and they give you a running record of your own thinking to draw on when you write your weekly forum post.

There’s no second chance to complete a ticket after the fact. If you miss class, contact me within 24 hours; that day’s ticket is typically excused unless it becomes a pattern.
